This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rheumatology Biller located in Tampa, FL. The Rheumatology Biller will be responsible for managing the billing process, generating invoices, and prior authorization. The role will require daily communication with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to process claims and resolve any billing issues.
Experience with the Billing Process and Invoicing
Knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles
Strong Communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
Proficiency with billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in medical billing is a plus
